L’emplacement est excellent, dans le quartier espagnol (Ensanche), proche de la médina, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement à pied. La chambre est plutôt grande et globalement propre. Le personnel est très accueillant, notamment la dame à la réception, qui est très sympathique. Un bon choix pour un séjour économique, bon rapport qualité prix.

Les toilettes communes avaient une fuite, ce qui est gênant. Aucune serviette n’a été fournie. Une prise dans la chambre était mal fixée (sortie du mur), même si elle fonctionnait. Le Wi-Fi était faible.
