The listing mentions pet fees may apply, and I sent a message before booking that mentioned our dog would be coming. No one ever added a pet fee or made any further mention. Then after we checked in we saw the laminated rules packet which mentions a pet fee of $399! I messaged the host who said they would waive it this time, but that is something they definitely need to put in the listing. Aside from that there were a ton of cut corners on the construction and upkeep of the place. The sink in the primary bathroom is not bolted down. The dishwasher is loose as well, and the counter is just some particle board slapped together. There’s very little available in the way of preparation dishware, salad bowls, etc. the propane was very low on both tanks when we arrived
