the apartment is perfect for a family with children, very clean, equipped with everything you need, close to restoration, supermarket, cafes, pharmacies, the location is perfect

the apartment has no parking and we had to park on the nearby streets, which were always occupied, or in the nearby parking lot. But parking is available

Facilities excellent. Super comfy, beautiful apartment in the center of the city. I don't normally write reviews but this was definitely one of the cleanest apartments I have ever stayed in & Mariola our host was the best.

Nice design, aesthetic and easy. The place has everything you need and all the appliances work well. Everything is fairly new and well kept. We especially liked the cute open plan kitchen, minimalistic but so functional and the spacious shower with good water pressure. I was worried that nights could be cold in December so Mariola provided a radiator and extra blankets upon arrival, but there was no need after all. The closets have enough hangers and there is good storage everywhere so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. The bedrooms are quiet, even when the street gets noisy. I liked the tiny balcony to have coffee on a bar stool in the morning. The hidden terrace seems great for hot summer days as it has no direct sun, but also no view. Good for drying your stuff though. Here are some details: Beds: very firm Hot water: enough for one shower, then you have to wait Kitchen: very well equipped, no oven, no dishwasher, liked the storage boxes Internet: fast and available in every room Parking: few spots in front and huge free lot one street behind the property Groceries: late open mini market right next to it and supermarket 2-3 minutes away All in all this is a great place to feel comfortable, cook at home and use as a base to explore the island. Would choose again.

The sunroof had no atmosphere at all, no plants, tables anything to make it a little cuter. Since the apartment has no real views it would have been nice to be able to have morning coffee on the roof. Other than that: all good. Maybe a little expensive in comparison to similar places, but still good!

The apartment was very comfortable and the facilities were good. Unlike some other places, the apartment was quiet. You could not hear the neighbours. The manager, Mariola, was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was well situated, central to all the places we wanted to visit.

We would have liked a couple of chairs to sit on out on the balcony. There were 42 stairs up to the apartment which I didn't realise when I booked it but we managed them better than we thought we would.
