"Could have been a lot better"

The sofa was comfy.
The stairs were very steep The flow upstairs was unstable in some areas The bathroom layout meant that the toilet was impossible to sit on. There was a bra left in the bedroom drawer The bed was very uncomfortable and low No soap or hand towels in kitchen or bathroom The coffee machine was dirty and needed cleaning out before making coffee. No dish cloth Even though we booked for 3 people the welcome basket only had to packets of cereals

Location was great, literally a 10 minute walk into the city centre and in a great part of Cardiff. The house is spacious, clean and stunningly decorated, host was perfect and very accomodating. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, host went above and beyond in communication and so very helpful. Lovely little welcome basket was such a nice touch especially the beers from “home” - much appreciated. well equipped house close to Cardiff city centre, not as noisy as the city centre either.
Shower was a little bit temperamental but once we opted for the eco setting we were good to go so not a huge issue at all!
