Sugestão de melhoria: Limpeza do espaço no geral. Compreendo que seja um edifício antigo, por esse motivo requer uma limpeza mais próxima da data de entrega do espaço ao cliente. Cheiro a mofo. Devia ter sido arejado antes de chegarmos.
