Mansarda sul Lago a Marta

The rooftop deck was magnificent and private with a breathtaking view. The vantage point is just above a sea of terra cotta tiled ancient roofs, yet only a tiny block from the lake. A splendid view of almost the entire lake and across to the other side .

The 3 flights of beautiful marble stairs were navigable by us but doo require some effort. A bbq would have made the already fantastic deck even better.

Posizione ottima solo la vista che affaccia sul lago vale il prezzo ,la signora Fulvia gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ,la casa pulita come se ne vedono poche ,siamo stati veramente bene torneremo presto ottimo per passare un po’ di relax e .ricaricarsi dallo stress di tutti i giorni

Mansarda nel centro storico, molto bella con vista lago anche dall'interno, dotata di tutti i confort, dotazione da cucina e prima colazione, ampia terrazza attrezzata con vista lago, parcheggio sotto casa se libero o a pagamento lungo lago, Sig.ra Fulvia proprietaria molto professionale e disponibile .......struttura super consigliata.

Solo come informazione per qualche disabile: mansarda posta al 3° piano dello stabile senza ascensore, salire per circa 50 scalini......

Schöner Blick von der Terrasse, insgesamt tolle Wohnung, mit allem, was wir brauchten. Tolle Lage, Restaurants fußläufig und Möglichkeit, ins Wasser zu gehen auch fußläufig und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, vielen Dank für die ganzen Snacks und Frühstückszutaten! Danke!

Alles war toll. Für mich könnte die Kaffeemaschine größer sein - da passte nur 1 Tasse rein.

3 ème étage sans ascenseur mais cela envaut la peine

La posizione e la vista dal terrazzo. Parcheggio comodo e un appartamentino che è un amore! senza escludere la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hat einen herrlichen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und gepflegt. Ich würde sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen. Das einzige, was ich vermißt habe, war auf der herrlichen Dachterrasse ein geeigneter Sonnenschutz und Polsterauflagen für die Möbel auf der Terrasse.

La posizione è fantastica, vicina al lago e al centro. La casa è accogliente e carina, ci sono le dotazionistandard. L'host è stata molto gentile. La casa è silenziosa e molto luminosa, forse in camera da letto un pochino troppo.

4 piani da fare a piedi. La cucina è un po' minimal, manca un microonde, un piano d'appoggio ed un frullatore ad immersione.

It was mentioned there was no lift but the walk up the stairs and it is a loft apartment so you wouldn’t want to be over 6ft tall
