Space and clean

We stayed for 2 nights as we had a family wedding nearby. 5 adults and one toddler. The property was chosen for the location and number of bedrooms. For which it was perfect. The property was generally clean and tidy. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The price of the stay was spot on for what we got. Cheap and cheerful. Overall, it was ideal for our needs.

The property could do with a bit of TLC. The internal doors don't close properly without a lot of fiddling around. The garden was quite unkempt with broken slabs and bits of wood lying around, so unsafe for children. Little things like a lamp that didn't work, a fan that sounded like it was taking off when you turned it on, stains on some of the towels and chipped crockery. All of which could easily be rectified.

The host & his tram were very professional and made sure I was checked in and if anything was needed, lots of little extras to make us feel home from home

Not what we expected. We needed to call them to clean the house as it was very dusty. A lot of things to fix. Pictures are old. They were very responsive and within 30 min a cleaner was in the house. Garden not maintained. View from the kitchen a bit not good as the shed it is not in great condition. No family orientated

The property was very spacious, and the living / dining big enough for the sofa bed to not feel squeezed. They had a very caring customer assistant.

The carpet was in poor condition and could do with a cleaning/replacement. That’s a pity given the house was otherwise clean.

This house was just right for my husband and I and our 3 adult children for 2 nights. We attended a wedding at Stoneleigh Abbey which was only a 10 minute drive away!
