New, clean apartment, fully corresponds to the description. Easy registration and communication with staff. The location is very convenient since you can use public transport to get to any corner of the island.

Everything was clean and also well done and prepared to stay in this property. Even we got Welcome busket full of thing which was amazing. The bedroom was fabulous with AC and fresh sheets. Kitchen with dining table and Living room was also comfortable. Bathroom was clean and full equipped. Swimming pool up the roof ( 4th. floor ) was big and clean, 10/10. Owner was REALLY NICE, FRIENDLY and HELPFULL thank you

Unfortunately the view from balcony and windows was not that good but thats not a problem. Still 10/10 apartment. Thanks
