Nothing- I’ve got pictures but will only share if forced to show the worst part

I paid for a deluxe spacious room. I was instead offered a cheap room where a last minute message advised the deluxe spacious room shower broken. On complaining about the extra small room, I was send to an unclean room where there was still broken glass in the shower, toilet broken, bef dirty, ie a true nightmare. Then to top it up, there were some unknown activities as we saw the police in the property… so we left without sleeping there. Will not recommend the place to my worst enemy.

The bathroom was very dusty, around the window, on the floor and on the tank.

This stay was nothing short of a complete disappointment. The photos advertised on Booking.com were entirely misleading — the actual condition of the place was the total opposite of what was shown online. Upon arrival, we were told our original room had been double-booked, so we were given another room with no prior notice. The key lockboxes weren’t labelled properly, and we had to message the host just to figure out how to get in. The property itself was in a shocking state. The hallway had flies buzzing around, and the room was dirty throughout. The cutlery was stained, the bed sheet had visible marks, the toilet had urine stains around the rim, and the fridge had an awful smell. The floor clearly hadn’t been hoovered or mopped, the headboard was hanging off the wall, and the walls were damaged and stained. It felt completely unhygienic and uncomfortable — so much so that my partner and I had to go out and buy our own bed sheet and duvet cover just to feel okay sleeping there. To make matters worse, the neighbours were incredibly loud, and there was a strong smell of weed coming from other rooms. This experience completely ruined our trip to Birmingham. We were misled, disappointed, and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property — we will definitely never be staying here again.

Location is excellent opposite station, near villa park. Parking wasn't easy due to.the gig we were attended so roads and area was congested. Contacted the owner twice and picked up and helped us on both occasions was very good customer service. Thank you

Wasn't clean as it could have been. Bed sheets and pillowcases had been used and wasn't fresh. But we had already took our own having read other reviews so was to.be expected.

Avoid this place at all cost. Dont be Fooled by the photos online. We had to sleep in our clothes , as the bed was filthy. The whole place was so dirty and smelly I can't even begin. There was pubic hair in the bed which didn't look s Or smell like it had been changed. The floors, and stairs where covered in hair. Bathroom was so dirty we didn't even use it. Honestly I've stayed all over the world in hostels and other low budget places but this is the dirtiest I've stayed in .

Not clean, we left because we didn’t want sleep on the bed
