self catering , city centre apartment with Parking

Excellent location would highly recommend it. Some noise from street but not excessive, busy Friday night during December so anticipated it and it did not spoil our stay.

The hosts were great, answering all questions we had. The location is amazing. Just a few mins walk from Waverley station and easily accessible with directions provided. The apartment itself is exeprional - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living area with kitchen, plus secure parking. Was ideal for a group of friends staying together and cost less than we could have booked 3 hotel rooms for.

Unfortunately during our stay the boiler stopped working. As there is a large water tank we just about had enough hot water to get us through and the weather was not too cold so the couple of supplied fan heaters kept the place warm enough without lighting the huge fire. A couple of small things need attention such as loose tap in the en-suire but honestly this was nit-picking as in general would highly recommend.

Property was clean and in a perfect location, close to the station & markets. It was a brilliant size! We were actually pleasantly surprised by how big it was!

Location was great for Edinburgh Playhouse. And secure parking was a real bonus.

We had difficulty getting the radiators on - but it wasn't a cold night so we were fine.

The apartment is huge, it is in a great location, it had everything we needed. The furnishings are lovely and the hosts are very responsive.
