Lovely 3-Bedroom Apartment with Stunning Sea Views

Great location right on the sea front, minutes from bars and restaurants. Pier was a minutes walk away. Great views from the living area. The apartment was well set out and the rooms were nicely decorated and everything clean and comfortable. The living area had a good amount of seating and kitchen was well equipped, there was a welcome basket left for us which was a lovely touch. Contact with the hosts maintained throughout our stay with them checking in on us to see everything was fine.

Windows were dirty due to the closeness to the sea and it being very windy but appreciate there would be nothing to sort this other than cleaning every day which is impossible so just an observation.

- Lovely views of the beach (bit loud at times due to the location but as to be expected). - Beds were very comfy. - Nice lounge area. - Good bathrooms. Water pressure was good for the showers. - Overall a very spacious & homely apartment.

- Had an issue with getting in due to there being no key in the safe. Thankfully that was easily sorted. - A couple of the bowls & cutlery hadn’t been washed up properly.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Worthing. The location was absolutely amazing - a stone’s throw, pardon the pun, from the pier, beach and shopping facilities, which made everything so convenient. The property itself was exceptionally clean and decorated very tastefully with a lovely nautical theme throughout. The views from the front room were stunning; we really enjoyed watching the waves and the seagulls circling about. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. The beds were a little on the soft side for our liking, and it would have been nice if the property had a dishwasher. We also couldn’t find a hairdryer, which was a bit inconvenient as none of us had brought one, presuming there would be one available. Communication before we stayed was also a little bit slow but fine once we got there. Other than that, we had a great experience.

The table seating was broken which I did report to the owner… didn’t get a reply! We couldn’t all sit at the table when eating.

Dining room table chair/ sofa needs repair! It’s tipping forward. No information pack! Intermittent smell in the shared bathroom a mixture of drains and cooking from the restaurant below the apartment,

The location was fantastic with great views of the sea & pier Rooms were good size & apartment was nicely dressed , clean & tidy.

The dining booth needs replacing, very unsteady Hot water ran out with 6 adults getting ready in morning or evening.

Stairs to the property are quite steep and would challenge anyone who finds stairs difficult.
