Aceotel Select Aria, Bhopal -A Luxury Boutique Hotel

There was nothing to like. Over prices. Very rude staff. No management system. Pathetic ambience. Washroom has no hot water. Over priced room service. No proper room cleaning

If you have an enemy that you want to torture then recommend this hotel. They over charge you for the facilities and make a hefty bill at chk out. We stayed gor 3 nights. From booking. Com it costed 4.5k per night. Whereas their rooms if u book directly are for 1.5k per night. They charge extra for complimentary breakfast included in package. Giving all the reasons possible. The lift is non operational. Tye receptionist lady. Miss Kaur doesn’t know how to speak to customers

The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Prashant at the reception, who was very professional and supportive. I will definitely consider Aceotel for my future trips as well.
