Absolutely brilliant stay in the apartment. From collecting the keys to the fantastic location and amenities, The Haven exceeded all our expectations. Would highly recommend to all oir friends and family, and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Chicago.

Everything was really nice, everything was good.
Everything was good. Only two not so pleasant was the heat in the back rooms where hotter then the front of the house so we were unable to use the back room & heat up the front of the house at the same time. (But not a big deal we didn’t mind) I guess that’s why they have fans in all the rooms. Also the house was clean but more dusting needs to be done. My can soda rolled underneath the couch on the hardwood floors and once I retrieved it, it was covered in dust,hair and debris.Also seen two dust spiders. But these things are no big deal. House is very nice, clean, comfortable, nice upkeep nice up-to-date finishes. Will stay again

El lugar me encantó. Muy bien ubicado, suficiente parqueo en la calle. El vecindario me pareció seguro. La casa está muy limpia y recién remodelada. Muy bien equipada. El aire acondicionado nuevo, muy bien. Dos baños, genial para viajes en familia con hijos. Espero volver!
Nada, todo estuvo bien. No podría quejarme de nada. Más bien debo ser agradecido y felicitar al anfitrión por un hospedaje tan bueno.

The property and location was perfect. Many destinations we went to where 12-15 minutes away.
The apartment is on the third floor and with the temperature outside it got really warm in the living room so we couldn’t enjoy the living room space until the sun went down. Maybe provide a fan? Also maybe put shades over the sky window in the bedroom. Only one room had a shade covering the skylight window so if you’re not used to the natural lighting and sun waking you up in the morning this would be a turnoff for you. Other than those 2 things everything else was 10/10!
