ROWe loved the architecture of the houses & the village was extremely well positioned having a view towards the sea. The house was very well equipped with everything you needed. Loved how quite and peaceful it was, the view is just amazing and the hosts are helpful to provide you with anything you'd need! Definitely a good stay and we do consider coming back to this amazing place!
Although the place is pretty amazing... we felt it could've been better managed. Upon your arrival you'll notice you'll find a list of "must do's" before checking out - some of which are normal and totally civil things to do, like taking out your trash or not leaving a mess behind. The trash situation could've been better managed - I say this because you'd have to walk 200-300m (depending in which house you are staying) to reach the trash point where you can dispose of it- you have a limited time in the morning and evening to do that, otherwise the place is locked and you end up going back with the trash. I found that sometimes these time frames are not respected by the staff, before our check out I went to dispose of the trash (in the time frame mentioned by Maurizio) and the place was locked, luckily I bumped into the local salubrity firm and they were kind enough to help me out. This would be very easily and more efficiently managed if there were designated trash bins for few houses on the premise of the village where guests can easily dispose of the trash at any hour, not having to walk all the way through the village, and then someone from the staff can dispose of the cans according to their schedule. BIG PLUS TO COMFORT! Second is regarding hot water - hot water was running out and we would have to wait in between showering. You would have enough hot water to do a shower fast and then have your partner go in for a 2nd shower. But if you have long hair and need to wash it, then the 2nd person would have to wait so they would have enough hot water. Third - in the additional list of must do's you'll find they ask you to take out the sheets & leave the dishwasher empty - well this really felt a bit too much, I am coming to rent for holiday and I do think it's normal to leave the place in order, but the cleaning firm can easily do that and should do that.
