Comfy 2 bedroom apartment

The location in Port Richey is very near the water and all of the bars and restaurants there. While the outside may not look like a traditional B&B, inside it's VERY nice. We had a great stay.

Only the road noise on the busy holiday weekend (4th of July) that certainly would not be there most of the time.

everything that I needed was there the property owner was willing to accommodate my requests. She was amazing. I hope to continue to rent from her in the future. I definitely recommend this place to others.

Property is located close to everything in Port Richey and only 30 mins from honeymoon island. Owners really thought of everything, kitchen has dishes and cook wear, electric kettle, sugar and creamer. There was a Keurig and traditional coffee pot. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. Everything was very clean. Felt like home.

Everything was clean, quaint, and very stocked w all the amenities of home. Host reached out throughout our 3 night stay many times to make sure we were happy.

One thing that stands out right away is this place is incredibly clean! I work in luxury hospitality and no matter where you stay, you generally find a few dust bunnies or a hair or two - not here! Even though the space isn't very modernized (antiquated decor), the place was very cute and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The apartment also had many of the basic things you would need as far as linens, flatware, and a coffee maker, and the host was available and responsive if we needed anything or had any questions. The host doesn't bog you down with a laundry list of rules and the guest book was also a cute touch. My husband and I immediately felt right at home and thoroughly relaxed during our stay!

The shower head definitely needs to be changed. We love good water pressure, but it is way too powerful on sensitive body parts; my husband and I both said we had to shower with our back to the water. Also, we would recommend putting blackout curtains on the patio with a sheer under it. The glare made it extremely difficult to see darker scenes while watching TV during the day, but if you add blackout curtains with a sheer, guests can slide the blackout curtains to the sides and use the sheers if they want privacy while still letting light in. We would stay here again for another short-term stay, but not long-term because there isn't a dishwasher.
