Way to basement parking is narrow Charging for morning coffee. Not providing basic toilet facility to driver.

The Hotel is at 4th floor. In the night its scary to move by lift since the basement 1 & 2 and all floors upto 3 are dark. I was moving at around 9.30 pm when the lift first went to basement 2 and then to 1st and 2nd floor since someone had pressed the buttons. The floors were dark and scary. There should be a lift watchman!!
