A la casa le falta un buen mantenimiento. No era cómoda pues estaba llena de cosas por todos lados lo que te impedía moverte con facilidad, el acceso es a través de una escaleras muy empinadas y se notaba un poco abandonada en cuanto a cuidados. Muy fría en las zonas comunes. Es una casa para ocho personas y solo tiene una ducha, inaccesible para personas con poca movilidad
