Great stay with great host!

host was very good and responsive.Check in was easy and instructions clear.

The street is very, very noisey all throughout the night and early morning. would suggest double glazed doors so guests can actually sleep. Pillows and mattress were very hard. 3 nights of not much sleep.

A comfortable, modern and clean apartment (Diamond Room) with a small private balcony looking over the Bay of Naples. The building is situated close to all tourist attractions and is only a short walk from the station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to the extent they assisted in arranging excursions...in particular Marco, but slso Alessio and Giuseppe.

The check in and check out process was very easy and quick. The host Alessio was very responsive and helpful. The property was very clean and was cleaned daily. It was also in a amazing location as it was a 5 minute walk to the centre.

Tidy place with balcony.

I had to wait for 45min for the person bring me the keys, even though I told the person the exact time I will be there. And no wifi. Bed sheets was torn inside and I had ask them replace, which they did the following day. Kitchen not useable.
