We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We had a beautiful balcony off of our room to relax and enjoy the weather. Jason at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay in Miami. Tim and Jill New Hampshire

The location, the terrace, big bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff

The apt has a great potential, but needs a lot of fixing up. It was not at all like the pictures, run down, messy terrace with junk (big dog cage in front of the bedroom window, which also had a broken handle, couldn't not be opened; pieces of siding left on the terrace; outdoor furniture was good, but neededto be organized), stove not working, portable hot plate with only one out of two burners working, very few kitchen utensil. The bathroom is wonderful, very big, but the sink was clogged and shower had very low flow. When we checked in, there was a huge water leak from the bathroom ceiling, due to storms before our arrival, but it was fixed the next day and we were reimbursed one night. Overall, the apt is not worth the price in its current condition.

Good location

Everything but the location was awful. Not at all what the pictures looked like. The front door would not close all the way, easy to break in. The patio door wouldn’t close completely either. The TVs did not work, the linens weren’t fresh, didn’t match and not enough. The sofa was terribly worn. The bed mattress was horribly dirty with deep stains. It was a nightmare. We planned a 4 night stay, but only stayed the one night because we got there really late, checked out first thing in the morning.

This place was a total rip off. Bait and switch basically. ALL the pictures are outdated. When we arrived there was a filthy mattress in the middle of the kitchen area. No toilet paper, soap or paper towels. I had to go and buy myself. The furniture is pealing off and has large stains. Then we make it upstairs and the patio, which was what really sold it for me to choose this location , had all the furniture just thrown around. I had to pick everything up and literally start sweating and organize this mess. The furniture ALL needs to be replaced. Floor needs to be pressure cleaned. THEN.. If all of that wasn’t enough. NONE of the TWO TVs worked. We told the staff multiple times and then finally the next day, after I called Booking.com for assistance, someone came up and couldn’t fix it. Basically told me we were s**t outta luck. They refused to compensate me with any amount of the $700 I paid. Do not stay here! Plenty of other options with way better quality to choose from.

Location is just two blocks from the beach. Upstairs bedroom is spacious and veranda is a great addition to sit in the morning and enjoy the moment. If you have a car, the parking is across the street ($30/day)

Everything was good. For people who decide to cook, I would suggest to have more utensils and upgrade the coffee machine.
