GRThe room is perfectly located ! You could reach the historical centre easily on foot and you could go by the room for a quick reboost. Plaza de la Encarnación can get noisy at times, but as the room is facing the back of the building, it is calm and easy to rest. Soundproofing is decent, we could hear neighbours every now and then, but not at a degree that is unbearable! The room was clean and has a spacious bathroom with a small window. The double bed and the pillows were comfortable (although we were unsure about the bed at first). There is decent space in the room (we had just 2 cabin bags), and has just the basic equipment that you need. We did not meet the host, but we could easily and instantly communicate with him, he even sent us a video of how to get in the building and the room in the first day which was really helpful. Overall we had a great time!
A necessary addition to the room would be a plug-in mosquito repellent or something similar. Only one out of the three windows has screens to keep insects out, so when we arrived we found at least 5 mosquitoes in the room and there were more.

La cama y la almohada muy duras, no nos dejaron descansar nada bien. Les solicitamos si nos podían conseguir unas almohadas más blandas y todavía estamos esperando la respuesta.
TWIf you want to visit Seville, this is the best possible location you can stay. We walked everywhere. There are so many good options for food, coffee, drinks and shopping. The room is small and clean - good for 2 people. It's super cosy with everything we needed for the visit. The check-in instructions and communication during our stay were excellent.
This apartment has poor soundproofing. The neighbours hear each other easily. We got complaints about being too loud for playing music from our phone at night. The fridge could be cleaner.
