Happy​​ Family Guesthouse

The property was in a good location five minute walk to the markets and Street food,cafés,restaurants and supermarkets. The Riverside was 15 minutes walk away and around 2 km away from the train station so everything is very accessible.

The staff were amazing and helpful giving me lots of information about local attractions and things to do and they weren’t on commission,they were just being helpful even arranging a scooter to be delivered within 20 minutes for $5 a day! They gave me advice on what to do if I had any problems with the scooter, and to take it to local garages and not contact the rental company The property was clean and well looked after The room was very spacious and fresh smelling with a very comfortable king size bed and desk . The bathroom was spotless with no mould around the shower area or sink. My original stay was for one night but I stayed for 4 nights because it was so comfortable only leaving because I had to meet friends in Sihanoukville!

L'emplacement est idéal. C'est silencieux et très propre. La gérante nous a géré les scooters et notre voyage vers le Vietnam. Le prix est tout à fait correct pour un établissement aussi agréable et un personnel aussi sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter. Nous sommes une famille avec 4 enfants.

Friendly and helpful staff,the hotel and room were very clean and room was spacious. I have stopped in five star hotels. that weren’t as good as this one. I really couldn’t fault this hotel. Very good value for the price.

Shower was a bit cold at times, but it woke me up first thing in the morning

Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Inhaberin sehr nett und spricht gut englisch. Buchte uns einen Bus nach Phnom Pen. Bietet auch andere Touren an, wie z.b zu den Bokor Hills oder der Pfeffer Farm. Waren hier 2 Nächte, vollkommen ausreichend 👍

Im Badezimmer kommt nur sehr wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf

La chambre donnant sur rue était un peu bruyante le matin

Everything was great for a value stay :) staff and owner are amazing

If stairs are an issue for you that’s the only thing to worry about, there isn’t a lift.

Staff was great, owner also around and very kind/helpful

No elevator, so if you are staying on the 3rd or 4th floor and you have issues with stairs, as our older guest did, that was the only part that could be an issue
