Tranquil 7th floor Apartment near Art Caffe Market

The host ( Sharon) changed the property at the gate on arrival, forced to pay extra for a booking done 3 weeks prior to arrival. The alternative provided was terrible, smaller, and smelly. Interior far from the pictures on booking. She kept saying as long as it’s the same bedroom number it shouldn’t be a problem. Clearly she doesn’t understand what booking preferences mean. After conplaining, she moved us to another room, only for the owner of that other apartment to let himself in with another key, finding my wife with pajamas, and forcing her to leave. Completely unacceptable!! We moved to yet another apartment, only to find out it’s also not the right room. She then moved us to another apartment which was occupied. We had to ask for a refund and move completely.

Excellent apartment. I don't think the pictures do it justice. And that city skyline view is breathtaking. In a few words, exceeds every expectation.
