Buena situación sobre todo si vas en coche ya que se aparca fácil por los alrededores. Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. Desayuno variado.

El plato de ducha tiene toda la silicona negra de moho. No parece normal y menos para un hotel de cuatro estrellas, y tanto el lavabo como el bidé carecían de tapón. Uno de los ascensores se pasó averiado los dos días que estuvimos alojados. No nos pusieron agua fresca en el frigorífico, algo que es frecuente que se haga en la mayoría de los alojamientos en Sicilia.

We stayed in Trapani as we caught the last flight in the evening and this was the only 24-desk hotel (which was great and really practical). Staff were friendly. Room was spacious.

There was only a set of towels so we had to go down to ask the second one which was a bit annoying as we were tired but nothing terrible. A recommendation: maybe leaving one bottle of fresh water as courtesy would have been amazing.

The most memorable part of my stay was how incredibly kind and welcoming everyone was, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The spotlessly clean room was very comfortable and perfectly quiet. Both the bed and the air conditioning were fantastic, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. Securing a parking spot was a bit of a challenge at first, but thanks to the staff's helpful advice, I was able to park in a free area right in front of the hotel, which was a huge help. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit this city! スタッフの対応が皆とても感じが良く、親切でアドバイスも的確だった。なによりも部屋が清潔で掃除が行き届き、音も静かで気にならず、心地よく過ごせた。空調もベストだった。鍵を持ち歩かなくて済むのもとても便利だった。

离火车站和巴士总站很近，酒店很新，设施很新，服务好，房间大。
