Staff very kind & helpful.

Breakfast was really yummy and the staff were super helpful despite our very late arrival. I even forgot to pay when checking out but I promised to return and pay and the staff were completely okay with that. Obviously I tipped them for the inconvenience.

Nothing really, obviously it's not luxury accommodation but that isn't it's purpose either.

The family running this place is lovely! You can also have dinner at the hostel, they serve delicious food for a very good price :)

Excellent stay if you re looking for a place to crash for a night and rent a bike from. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything about the ha giang loop! Thank you!

The room was a bit cold for the winter, as the windows are very thin but they provided us with blankets so we wouldn't be cold at night

Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, excellent price quality ratio, extremely good place to base yourself for the loop!

Rooms are very simple and a bit humid

The owner is an amazing person first of all, I liked my quiet private room everything was clean and food here is really nice I ate maybe 4 banh mi in a space of 24h

Very kind and helpful hosts. I was able to check in late at night and they arranged a taxi early in the morning.

Could have been cleaner. Maybe I just had bad luck with my room, but the walls looked dirty and the bedding was not fresh. The floors and the bathroom looked alright, though the hot water ran out pretty quickly.
