Staybridge Suites Grand Rapids South by IHG

The hotel was nice...clean everything was ok

So me and my husband made it to the hotel 30 min before check in he had to use the restroom so he went in and told the person that was working in the front that we had a reservation, mind you I stood in the car and the reservation was under my name only and the person at the front desk gave him the room key and charge him. Without me been there.

It was very clean, in a great location. the rooms were very spacious

They didnt have my room ready for check in until 3 hours late after the check in time. The rooms are not sound proof and we could hear the people outside, below us, above us and next to us in different rooms.

Room were nice size and clean

Nothing to complain about. Issue with the a/c in my first room. Had a new one in 10 minutes.
