"Ten out of ten!!!! Will never stay at any other hotel in the Grand Rapids area!"

This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at, so much so we ended up staying an extra night. When we checked in there were a lot of kids in the lobby, there was a tournament of some kind going on. The front desk girl was great and asked if we would like to upgrade for $25.00 to be moved to the 4th floor because it was a quiet area! We agreed and it was so nice not to have to hear young people coming and going. The bed! Let me tell you we are very picky because we love our own bed so much, but this bed was very very comfortable! It was clean and safe! We stay in Grand Rapids often and will never book at any other hotel but this one!!! A ten out of ten recommend!

Clean and modern

It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and over 11 minutes of the phone ringing for someone to pick up. Great hotel other than need more staffing.

This is my 3rd stay and it was more comfortable than the first time. I really loved the room I was in from the cleanness and location.

"Hit or Miss"

The location was great. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping centers. The lobby was spacious. The staff was friendly.

I purposely booked this hotel because it had a pool. The pool was out of order and I couldn't use it. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was okay one day and the next was blah. It really was a hit or Miss.
