Clean, spacious and comfortable

I loved everything.

Location was good, overlooking the river. On the ground floor, so aware of people walking past the window. The window was obscured from the outside so people could not see in. We were visiting friends so did not make of cooker etc but seemed adequate. The flat was fine for our purposes but could have been a bit cosier for someone spending time in it.

Only real problem was the floors were wood, which was fine for us but the floor of the apartment above was presumably also wood and we were aware of footsteps overhead, early and late.

Location across road from river and sea,easy to walk everywhere. Very busy because of bank holiday but nice family atmosphere. In the apartment the bathroom was really lovely with large shower and good toiletries

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, slats underneath gave way twice, but the bedroom itself was very nice and spacious

The flat was big, very spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and the bathroom was great!!! It was spotless clean and tidy, with complementary toiletries which helps specially on day of arrival. Host was very nice and quick to respond when message and was able to clarify anything. Prime location, close to city centre, shops, restaurants and beach.

Bed was OK, but not specially comfortable, and is a bit too low (not a problem for me, but some people with back issues can notice it). Sofa was very comfortable as a sofa, but as a bed was very uncomfortable, but if you use the bedding as a mattress cover, it is passable for a few nights. But the pillows make the difference the pillows are the most CONFORTABLE I have ever used. I want 2 of those for my own place

The location is wonderful. Sound cannot be heard from the street.

We had such a wonderful stay at River Breeze Apartments in Littlehampton this June. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect – just steps from the beach – which made it ideal for relaxing strolls and spending quality time outdoors as a family. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true home away from home. The space was just right for me, my partner, and our baby – light, airy, and very family-friendly. It was so quiet and peaceful at night too, which made it really easy for us (and the baby!) to get a good night’s sleep. The host was fantastic – warm, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt genuinely looked after, and that personal touch made a big difference. As we were leaving, the cleaner kindly showed us another apartment next door, and it looked absolutely stunning – we’d love to try staying there next time! All in all, we had such a lovely experience and truly didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be back again soon – thank you for helping us make such special memories by the sea.

The apartment was lovely, great location for trips to Chichester, Arundel,Worthing and Goodwood . The walk along by the river down to the sea after dinner watching the sunset was spectacular a must. The walkway along the front is a 12 mile stretch that would take you into Worthing or cycle there and back. Plenty of cafes on the way.

The town is a bit disappointing not a lot of choice for eating out in the evening.
