Wavertree Drive 3 bed contractor home in Leicester

The decor and everything was lovely, I thought the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed in terms of kitchen and bathroom things. The sofa, TV and washing machine was great, and the layout of the house is good leading to a quite large garden outside. The location is decent, in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to a lidl and petrol station morrisons which is convenient, and leads into a busy Melton Road which is great.

I felt like despite the positives I was appalled by the number of house spiders within the property, I know UK houses have a big problem with those but the cleaners have not done a good job dealing with cobwebs and spiders. As an arachnophobe I was not happy, and left me anxious during the whole time as they kept moving around and there were so many, I felt like this house seems vacant for long periods leading to this problem. Also the garden and bit between the front doors seems a bit messy and unclean for the price you are paying. The shower is a bit confusing to use also, but took us a bit to figure out how the temperature works but it's not too bad - the lock knob on the bathroom door also kept falling off. The biggest problem was that the upstairs bathroom took an awful long time to drain the water, maybe it was clogged somewhere or maybe it's a normal thing with UK bathrooms, we'll never know!

Comfortable beds . Very clean. Easy walk to buses to get to city centre . Walkable to National Space Centre .

Shower only seemed to have one temp but that’s bring looked and there is a bath.

Excellent communication, quick to respond, able to provide recommendationsof local places to eat. Location was perfect for what we were wanting to access. Lovely and clean, would recommend and stay again if in area.
