The place was exactly how the pictures looked! The place was relatively clean and the place was pretty well organized. If you’re looking for just a place to stay and on a budget this was a good choice.

Only downside I would say was how cold it was if you do plan on coming in the winter the host does try his best however for any accommodations. A little delay in timing and communication but overall not too bad and host was kind! Perhaps the location could be hit or miss depending on your comfort. Transportation was pretty accessible from this area however.

Il proprietario è stato genitillissimo, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, addirittura è andato a comprarci della spesa per i primi giorni, molto disponibile e di grande aiuto. È un appartamento grande e c'è tutto quello che potrebbe servire per un soggiorno.

L'appartamento è vicino a delle fermate dei pullman, con i quali ci si può muovere ovunque, tuttavia raggiungere New York richede un po' di tempo.

It was spacious and clean, pretty nice. The temp was also very nice.

It was in a convenient spot, close to several different train stations which were used a lot to get to the city. The host was very friendly when we met him briefly! At least raid was left for me to kill the roaches I saw.

Evident that it needed a deep cleaning and pest control. I killed 5 brown-banded roaches within the first 3 days. We were only there to sleep spending 13hr days in the city, so I can only imagine there were a lot more we didn’t see. The kitchen, was left with dirty counters/ utensils. Roach motels EVERYWHERE.. even on counters. The bed rooms were with unmade beds that almost seemed slept in… as well as dirty slippers and chairs in odd places. The bathroom was dirty with hairs on the walls and sink as well as the soap holder in the shower. I felt pretty disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and I think the place could be great if more time was given for a true deep cleaning and pest control. Live roaches came from the ceilings in the bedroom to the left, kitchen, and bathroom alike. Cracks all over the ceilings, gaps in tiles. Also, can hear extreme stomping through the ceiling- I don’t mean walking around.. extremely loud stomping like shaking the light fixtures in the room making them go dim. Would appreciate everyone being lighter on their feet.

Exactly like the pictures. We had a nice, comfortable stay with no issues!
