"Disappointed"

Overall, I was very disappointed. I expected much more for the price I paid. I will not recommend it. Property does not have kitchen appliances except a small refrigerator, so it's not ideal for a long stay. There is no AC in the living room or the second bedroom. The landlord provided a fan instead for the living room but not really helpful (it's 40 degrees, so imagine the heat). Furniture is very old and not clean. There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms either. All the above were not highlighted in the property description when I booked the flat. If I knew, I wouldn't have booked it for sure. It's not great value for the money at all. Luckily, I found another flat in a nicer area in Madinaty (B7) for almost half the price and fully furnished for the next 3 months. 🙂 Hope this is useful.
