Location excellent. Self catering. Quiet pretty street. Flat well furnished and comfortable. Host helpful when needed and responded immediately. All good!

Bathroom door opening mechanism would jam - slightly alarming if stuck inside! But notified host and would be sorted quickly.

The property was great; very luxurious. Close to all amenities. Situated in a lovely residential/ commercial area.

Possibly additional security on front and back door and a lock in the bathroom door for privacy.

The location was fantastic, perfect for getting around to all parts of the city. The property manager gave plenty of information on how to find and access everything, and the interactions I had were pleasant and helpful. Property was spacious and comfortable; having a TV in both the living room and larger bedroom was greatly appreciated. The house felt secure and secluded, and the blinds were great for blocking out the light in the mornings. The shower was lovely, having the two showerheads made it feel luxurious and adjustable to each person's preference.

The WiFi was borderline unusable, and the heating seemed inconsistent throughout the day and throughout rooms. The single bed room was extremely cold at night, and despite continual adjustments the heating repeatedly tried to go above the guideline temperature. The rugs in the larger bedroom were extremely slippery, not enough to cause an accident but frankly quite close. The plugs in that room were also hidden by the furniture, which was easy enough to move on one side but did cause some confusion and concern when initially getting settled. The shower was great but got the floor extremely wet which we could not solve more than just leaving a towel on the floor.

A great stay in the heart of Edinburgh offering all amenities we could ask for. The apartment was clean and warm. I suggest this accommodation to anyone visiting the city without a doubt. Nothing bad to say.
