Not easy to find
GBLocation was good for us, visiting family in Horrabridge. Easy to find and easy to park. Exactly as described, and a couple of helpful touches like milk in the fridge and coffee in the cupboard. The place was good and clean. Good walks up to the estuary, beautiful countryside on the doorstep.
Carpets could do with a deep clean, but as a whole the place was lovely and clean.

GGWell kept, decorated, spacious, clean with all facilities we could want.
The only thing was the steep steps and parking close to the fence, but we knew about that before we arrived. These are the only things we could possibly not like.
GBBeautifully decorated and very clean. Pretty garden. Comfortable king size bed. Great well equipped kitchen - good to have a dishwasher washer (plus washing machine although we didn’t need that); oven looked new and worked well. Good location on Devon - Cornwall border with stunning countryside and plenty to do in the area (very helpful suggestions left by owners). Village pub was friendly and there were a number of shops very close by. Parking was easy. Great communication from owners.
