La pequeña Puerta del Sol

The location was fantastic. The room was very spacious, clean and had nice amenities. There's a window that opens to what looks like an outside area but I don't think there was a way to get out there.

I don't have a lot of strength in my hands and opening the doors were both very challenging for me. I almost cried at one point trying to get the doors open.

Location is perfect (if you enjoy downtown). Smaĺl, but confortable. Clean!

Instructions given were not sufficient for me to gain entry to my location. Was unable to get in on my arrival. Called the number given and reached out by email and text. NEVER heard back from them. Had to make other arrangements. Contacted Booking.com for help with this. They tried to reach the property and encountered issues too. After another week, still no resolution. I waited to leave comments hoping this issue would have been addressed. Can not recommend staying here. Had no issues with any of the other places on my tour of Spain.

Not clean - damp towels at arrival and no place to dry them Wifi unstable

The bed leg was broken and not fixed properly.

Extremely noisy. Walls very thin. People stamping down the stairs and slamming doors
