My hubby liked the kitchen and facilities provided - coffee maker, oven, sandwich maker. The room was clean and spacious. Though the room faces the main road, it is quiet as the sound insulation is well done. We had good rest at night. I like the washing machine that has drying function. That's helpful for our short stay.

The Best place in Split 🤗. Its a new apartment, new in Booking, but I can recommend this place for everyone. ❤️ Really close to everything (Bus Station, Hospital, Shops, Restaurant). 15min walk to Plaza Zenta . 20min walk to Old Town . You can book this place without stress 😊

"Amazing place to stay in Split"

The LOCATION of the apartment is superb. As it is about 20 mins walk to old town, Riva, 3 beach areas that are not crowded. The banks, buses, bakeries, and supermarkets are in the same building. Also, to the Marina for the boats that go to the other islands, water tours, and meeting points for the day tours. About 30 -35 mins walk to the start of the trail for Marjan Park. The area is safe even to have walks in the evenings. The neighborhood has lots of trees that give shade when walking during the day. The APARTMENT is very clean, with necessary appliances and aesthetically nice. Especially the washing machine that came in very handy. The HOST is very accommodating and hospitable. She invited and toured us in Braĉ. We went to Zlatni Rat, enjoyed the beach, and admired the small town of Bol. OVERALL, our stay was more than pleasant, and we highly recommend this apartment to those who want to stay in Split and enjoy all the things the city has to offer.
