Even Closer to the Forest

Location worked great.

Heat was only in one room so couldn't close bedroom doors and have them heated. Maybe bed warmers to allow doors to be closed and warm? I would also suggest a bathmat for the bathroom's shower.

Have toys for kids and washing machine and dryer is very useful!

Only five dining chairs…

Clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our one-night stay. Lovely decor, comfortable beds and great shower. (It was a bonus to have a double bed in each room when staying with our family of 4 adults). Amazing to hear the native birds singing and to be visited by a Tui the morning we were leaving.

We had not realised there was not a dishwasher when booking but it did not affect us too much as we dined out for dinner and only had a few breakfast dishes to do. Would be more of a negative if you were cooking meals for family.

Location close to Tree Walk, two car parks, the cleanliness etc

The owner being very rigid with the checkout time of 10 am. Not having a dishwasher was hard, with the dinner accident but we managed resulting in a delayed checkout time of 10.30, but the owner was very unkind with her words, after we agreed to a delayed checkout time of 10.30 am, which we honoured. This in my opinion was not required.

Great accommodation for a family group. Very clean and had everything we needed.
