Sound insulation wasn’t the best, not disruptive but we could definitely hear the residents upstairs.
AUJami has done a great job renovating his basement. He has Everything you need for a holiday. Comfy bed. Great kitchen.
May be an issue for taller people as the height can be restrictive.

There was an odd smell to the place, not sure if it was from the cleaning products, or moisture in the air from being on the bottom level.

IEUSThis is a spacious, well-decorated and furnished apartment in a lovely quiet and treed neighborhood. You can walk to a grocery store or restaurant. The kitchen is well-equipped. Owner is very responsive.
The apartment is on the lower level of a house and can be a little cool - heating is available as well as A/C however.
