"Great location to where I needed to be but not a great stay"

Cutlery was clean there was fairy liquid

No instruction of how to get in was provided till after check in time, the hosts contact number was wrong Myself and booking.com could not reach by phone Finally got the code to get keys and it was wrong so had to wait further 20 mins to get that to get in No hot water for ages, piles of post, a huge pile of about 12-20 bin bags at side of house right I front of the key boxes so you had to lean over smelly rubbish to get access to keys, minima toilet roll
