The location was great- very accessible to local grocery stores, tram, bus and walking distance. Apartment had a lot of room and natural light. The customer support was extremely supportive when we asked to extend our checkout time and also helped us when we couldn’t find the apartment.

We lacked some basic amenities like oven paper, salt, oil

The accommodation was near the city center.

To check in, we had to pick up the keys from a market at the city's central station, while the apartment was 20 minutes walk away. A day before our arrival, we received an aggressive message from the property stating 200€ cleaning fee if any rubbish or food was left on surfaces. The accommodation was dirty, the fridge had not been cleaned, there was a smell of cigarettes in the sheets. In the bathroom, the drawers and the toilet were dirty. Moreover, the bathroom was tiny.
