The property is located on the first floor and does not have an elevator, therefore it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. To ensure a quick, safe and fully self-service arrival process, all guests must complete online check-in and traveller registration prior to arrival, in accordance with current regulations. Once registration is complete and the booking has been verified, guests will receive instructions on their mobile phone on how to collect their keys independently from one of our secure key boxes. The accommodation has a self-check-in system, so there is no need for keys to be handed over in person. Guests wishing to receive in-person assistance to complete online check-in between 16:00 and 19:00 must request this service in advance, and it is subject to availability. This personalised service incurs an additional charge of 30 EUR. Similarly, if a guest requests in-person key handover instead of self-service access, an additional charge of 30 EUR will apply. These measures allow us to offer more flexible, faster and safer access for all guests. A deposit may be required at the property.
