"Una sistemazione da valorizzare"

La posizione è eccezionale. L'appartamento è spazioso e il giardino ancora di più, la terrazzina che dà sul mare è una chicca.

Gli ambienti interni vanno rivisti, soprattutto bagno, cucina e sistema idraulico (siamo rimasti senz'acqua un paio di volte, avvisato i proprietari e risolto velocemente con l'aiuto di un vicino). Diciamo che servono più cura e manutenzione; considerate le condizioni attuali dell'appartamento, la posizione magnifica non basta a giustificare il prezzo. Anche solo con qualche accorgimento in più, la valutazione complessiva sarebbe stata un 8.
