Limonero New City Apartment 2 with Private Parking

The apartment was a ground floor, it was clean, everything was new, close to the pharmacy, supermarket, and cafes. The host, Filipa, was very attentive to requests, highly recommended.

The location was good and it has parking which is very important in Lefkada, the host was very friendly and helpful as recommend us best beaches and restaurants.

Too small studio little air, inside it was too hot and you should leave the A/C all night on.

The host made us go take the keys from an office in the city centre even though we told them it’s difficult to approach there due to the roads being closed. Also no one came to take us to the apartment and as a result we were going round and round since the gps showed another address than what the host would tell us through the phone. We got in the apartment after all being already upset and there were no shampoos and the towel was dirty the sheets were ripped apart. We requested a money return for the one night since we had booked two nights and weren’t pleased at all and we wanted to leave. They told us that they accept our request but we should talk with the booking for the return and that’s what we did. Booking told us that they have to get a confirmation from the host so they called them and the host even though had told us yes they told to the booking agent that they don’t accept the money return. So we stayed one night and the next morning we left even though they didn’t return as any money because we couldn’t stay there anymore. As you understand they are not to be trusted and they don’t act nicely to their customers. Not flexible at all. They got into a fight with us and all of this not for a cheap room trust me. Better save your money and book somewhere else.

The property was very up to date. Perfect for a couple. Lovely walk in shower and the bed was very comfortable. Smart TV allowed us to watch tv in bed and play music from YouTube. 5 minute walk from the high street and maybe 7-10 mins to the marina. They also allowed us to check out later for half the price of a nights stay. Would recommend to anyone staying in Lefkada.
