Family Friendly Modern 4Bd House

The 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet were great. The kitchen had a good selection of pans, crockery and utensils so we could easily cook. A large serving dish and salad bowl would be perfect. Washer and dryer worked well, although the dryer was noisy. Parking was easy and enough room on the drive for 2 cars. The house was clean, extra towels available. Towels and bedding clean. Heating was easy to use and quickly warmed the house up....remember to turn off before sleeping!

There was only blinds on the bedroom windows so it was very light early in the morning, blackout blinds would be better. The pillows were all really flat and low....new pillows would give a better nights rest.

The home is beautiful and exceeded all our needs, it was spacious and offered plenty of space for family living. The landlords were extremely kind, communicated well and was able to adapt well to our requests to ensure our stay was the best it could be. I am extremely grateful for their patience and understanding and for providing us with the amazing quality of service we have been given! If you are in Hull and are looking for a property great value for money, whether that's for business or leisure, then I could not recommend this property and the landlords enough!
