We loved the apartment it was spotlessly clean and the location was fantastic. Silvia was easy to communicate with and some little treats were left in the fridge on arrival. Easy check in and out with a lovely terrace. We can’t wait to return. Thank you

The location is close to restaurants, shops and beeches . The host thought of every little detail from towels, washing machine and detergent ,dishwasher, cooking utensils. The apartment was exactly how it's pictured, clean and modern with aircon. Silvia was really pleasant to deal with and so professional. Reasonably priced.

Appartamento spazioso, recentemente ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort. C'era veramente tutto, dalle mollette per il bucato ai detersivi e persino due comode sdraio e ombrellone. Come essere a casa! Posizione ottima: a 10 metri dal lungomare e vicinissimo a Playa Grande. Zona tranquilla. Silvia è stata super disponibile!

Posto WOW!!!!! Non ho mai trovato una struttura così ben fornita e dotata di tantissimi comfort!!! La Proprietaria Silvia , che è molto carina, ha creato un ambiente super accogliente che coccola gli ospiti.. a due passi da tutto e lontano dalla confusione!! PIÙ CHE CONSIGLIATA !!!

Lovely apartment very clean,situated only a minute walk to the shops restaurants and bars. Although it was so close to the strip there was no noise and could sit out at night.

A lovely newly renovated apartment in a great location. Everything done to an high spec. A very short walk to the beach and amenities. Would definitely recommend Casa Oceanica.

The apartment was beautiful, so clean and modern, was so close to everything and yet so peaceful! Silvia was on hand for any issues I had and went above and beyond to help us, I would highly recommend to anyone to stay, will definitely be returning
