AULoved that this connected to the shopping centre and the railway indoors - we went in winter and it was snowing The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had sent our luggage to the wrong hotel of a similar name and they helped us with the transport. Loved how big the window of the room was and the facilities in the lobby My partner LOVED the onsen - he was a bit hesitant at first since he's not used to bathing naked with other people but he told me everyone goes about their business like you're not there so he got over it and enjoyed himself
Room was small but it is to be expected in Japan but it was not unliveable - there were 3 of us and we had a lot of luggage Also initially we went to the wrong hotel - there are 2 hotels of the same name in Sapporo area so not really a dislike but a caution to double check
