Incredibly poor customer service - this property should be removed from Booking.com! As I was travelling for business, I required a simple invoice from this accommodation to claim back the expenses and prevent having to pay for my business trip myself. I tried multiple times during the trip to receive this invoice through calling the various numbers the accommodation gave, through messages and through even waiting around extra time at check out (rather than getting on with what I actually needed to do) and speaking with the cleaner. Twice I was promised the receipt but it never materialised. When I got back home I tried again with calls and messages - no answers or response. Booking.com were very helpful in themselves sending multiple messages to the property but also received absolutely no responses (!). So after spending hours of my time trying to chase this up still the property cannot issue a simple receipt. This is just not an acceptable customer service and if the property will not even respond to Booking.com, it should not be still on here...When I arrived there was also spots of fresh blood on the sheets...
