Rumah bersih, tandas bersih, laluan luar rumah ke lif dan rumah sampah bersih, feels safe with the surrounding and community who lives there, apartment is comfortable at least for 5 people. Coway water filter, stove and gas are provided. It would be more convenient if there is a microwave available..Otherwise, everything else were excellent
