The customer service staff from vesta didnot explain in details the process of check in I contacted vesta before arrival many times but customer service rep didnot approach me only before arrival by 2 hours Moreover, payment done by AED currency while as per egyptian regulations that all Egyptian citizen should pay by LE pound . Deposited is high 300 dollar which is more than cost of rent. Process of check in is complicated in the building. There was room should have double bed while it had single bed

I liked the location and the staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment's furniture is outdated and most of the facilities were not working properly, like the bathrooms and the door levers were broken. The most annoying part of my stay, is that the apartment is located at the third floor within a building and its quite secured but everytime I order anything for home delivery, I have to go down to the building entrance to open the door and it was very cold during my stay which was very intimidating and frustrating.

The apartment was spacious. Has sufficient cookery utensils and has a good cooker.

We encountered few issues during our stay. First thing, the apartment were in the basement so no view and all the pictures in booking.com that has view is not accurate. Then, the toilets needed some maintenance. Also, since we visited in Winter, we tried to use the A/C for heating, it didn't work. Only one A/C in one of the rooms worked the we asked for a heater that we can use to heat the living area, they ignored our request and did not do anything to fix the A/Cs. The last thing was on our second day several people came, some to fix the A/C and did not fix it and some to water the garden and trim the plants. I said this should be done when there is no occupants in the apartment as we did not have any privacy when they were there. This really caused our stay to be less comfortable.

Poor customer service, they hardly respond to my calls and messages , I think they need more training on how to deal with customers enquiries
