Не укано точное место расположения апартаментов. Заранее не обьяснили где вход на территорию, из за чего пришлось далеко от такси до входа в комплекс тащить тяжелые сумки. Долго выясняли как попасть. Долго ожидали сотрудника, что бы попасть на территорию. На второй день перестал работать брелок взода на территорию. Переговоры с сотрудниками заняли веси вечер. В результате приехала сотркдница, поробовала открыть своим брелком. Ей не удалось. Сказала , что помочь ничем не может. Подперла дверь камнем, что бы мы смогли попасть на территорию когда вернемся. Но по возвращению калитка была заперта и нам пришлось 40 минут ожидать пока жильци не открыли нам калитку. Ситуация как в аникдоте. У нас говорят в таких случаях "было бы смешно, если бы не было так грустно". Так еще не отдыхали, изза вашего отеля отдых был испорчет. Ваш отель выбра из за высокого рейтинга. Теперь понимаем, что рейтинг вашего отеля, скорее всего накручен. Будем рекомендовать всем нашим знакомым ваш отель как самый гадкий на Тенерифе.

L'appartamento con affaccio sulla piscina veramente molto bello. Siamo stati in 5 e nonostante i circa 60 mq siamo stati benissimo perchè l'appartamento è organizzato veramente bene. Presente ogni confort aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, macchinetta del caffè, microonde, tostapane, phon, stoviglie, pentole etc... veramente top!!

Non ho trovato punti a sfavore tutto veramente impeccabile

Hygiënisch, proper, en prachtig uitzicht op zwembad. Duidelijke communicatie vooraf, tijdens en na alsook welkomstgeschenk en suggesties goede adresjes in de buurt.

Spacious, comfortable, neat apartment in an amazing residential area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/living room and a spacious balcony with a pool view (where we enjoyed our breakfasts every morning). It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The territory is absolutely gorgeous, clean, green, beautiful, peaceful. There are two pools. The bigger one is enormous, the smaller one is also quite spacious. The small one is heated and the water temperature is maintained around 30-34 degrees. And this is an absolute hit! You can comfortably swim and relax even when the air temperature outside is around 20 degrees. The place is ideal for families. Great access for strollers and wheelchairs. Residential area is monitored, so you feel safe 24/7. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, few shops, parks and a couple tennis courts, where you can rent a racket and arrange a tennis class with a coach or play yourself. Everything accessable within walking distance. Organisation and communication with the hosts is very professional. Thank you for making it so smooth. Great value! Strongly recommend!
