none. The facility is more of a BROTHEL than anything else. The apartment name is something like DONG XING. There was a drunk Chinese guy on the parking lot screaming and a skinny Tanzanian lady hovering all over him like a vulture hovering over a carcass and not helping a thing. Later the gentleman was dragged away to his apartment being followed by the lady.

unsafe, conned by Anne , paid electronically then the lady claimed she did not receive the funds, asked me to reverse the transaction, then paid cash only to find out latter she received the funds and withdrew the money. So essentially paid x2. The facility is Apartment 103 in block B2. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and pantry. Booked 3 but upon arrival at the facility 2 rooms were available. Good location, nice bathroom, gym and excellent pool.

No furniture in the room apart from the two beds. No chair, no cupboard, no closet. As consequence l had to leave all my clothes in the bags which is unpractical during a long stay like mine. This was weird!

The price-value-ratio is great, Anne was very welcoming, and the communication was very smooth and easy! The room is simple but had everything we needed for the one night that we stayed. The location is close to Coco Beach and the Slipway shopping mall.

There were unfortunately quite some mosquitos in the room and there is no mosquito net for the bed, so we went on a mosquito hunt before going to sleep ;)

The attendant Anne was a life saver. She was willing and able to do whatever necessary to make sure we were well and comfortable. She even had a table made just for me to work at. Exceptional care from her. Thank you Anne! Also, it was nice to be near Coco Beach. In addition the place has a swimming pool, free parking, air conditioning, a balcony, and a gym! I was only able to enjoy the free parking because of time, but still the environment is very pleasant. Also the security is high so we felt extremely safe.

The housekeeper wasn't mean but she wasn't very pleasant either. She doesn't speak English which made it difficult and she was very aloof and apathetic. If she was easier to deal with, the stay would have been perfect. Also, the beach near the apartment needs to be cleaned. This is a Dar Es Salaam problem and not the fault of the apartment, but it would have been better if it were clean. I wish there was furniture on the balcony so we could have enjoyed that more.

It’s a large, clean room with a private bath. The pool is a plus, large and fairly well maintained. Check in was a breeze. There’s also an elevator. Shares areas are well maintained as well.

A toaster would be nice. There are also few restaurants in walking distance, but by bajaji, very close and about 1 dollar, so it’s not a big inconvenience.

Location was perfect, house is clean all the time. Towels bed are perfect, also enjoyed sea view, pool view, Swimming is big enough. #Host shes helpfully,friendly &professional and around most of time when you need advice from her. she made my stay went well. I'll be coming back soon. I recommend anyone who's looking for a good accommodation in Dar.
