- gym and lobby area are very nice

- loads of old brown long hair in the shower drain - we didn’t get a parking ticket so we had to pay over 120k Rupiah for parking in the Garage - the instructions on how to get into the apartment were unclear, they sent loads of messages with partially contradicting statements. They asked us not to tell the reception that we reserved it via booking, so atm it’s kind of illegally rented out - apartment furniture wasn’t very comfortable but okay, bed was good

The apartment is close to the airport, it was clean and the view is nice.

This place shouldn't be on Booking. It seems like it's mostly a place people live permanently and the staff aren't set up to receive booking guests. This probably isn't their fault but is more of a communication issue. For example we tried to ask for a knife so we could cut some fruit but they didn't understand what we were asking. We tried using a translator but eventually they just put the phone down on us so we never got the knife. Furthermore, when we checked in they gave us a key at reception. When we checked out we naturally thought we would hand the key back to reception as we had received no other instructions. However the receptionist refused the key and told us to go back to B1 to the mailbox as they don't do check ins there. I told her they do, because I checked in there and she just kept saying 'noo' and I had to go to a mailbox in b1. I went there but couldn't find a mailbox as obviously I had not checked in that way. All this time my airport taxi was waiting outside. So I went back up and said I have to leave the keys here or I will miss my flight and she threw them in the floor outside. I'm currently in my airport taxi hoping that the keys don't get picked up by someone else. The TV also didn't work and the wifi was really spotty (which was apparently due to a provider issue) It's for this reason I cannot recommend this place to stay on booking.

It was a pleasant stay! Everything is great. The host was very helpful and responsive. The room itself its clean and spacious. Location is great for what I need. Overall it was really great. Thank you, Ms. Jane&team :)
